Order Information For all orders, we request the following information: your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and the best time(s) to contact you at this phone number. For catalog orders, we request order quantity and any special instructions for each stock number ordered. For custom orders, we request that you specifically describe the jewelry you want made. Usually it's best to call us, or email us and we'll call you to discuss your order. Some dichroic and vintage glass beads are one of a kind or not readily available. However, often we have (or can order) similar beads for substitutes. Price / Shipping Charge There is no extra charge for custom orders. A piece of custom jewelry similar to one in our catalog should have a similar price. We charge $3 for shipping per order.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, money orders, and personal checks. For security reasons, do not give us your credit card information via an email. We will request this information over the phone. As soon as your order is completed and payment has been received, your order will be shipped via U.S. mail.
